What is the max number of games a school can play in one season?

Jon, hello!

I have attached the NCAA website and phone numbers to verify.

They approve each regular season game, plus a possible bowl invitation but would have to approve any additional games (like a charity bowl).  Most of the time it would be a total of 13 games, sometimes 14.  I think BYU had 14 games in one year.
