Question l wish to understand how to development a local league for college student in Nigeria can you please help me on how to plan and organize such and also help me in developing a feasibility study on the project on a team that is made up of 30 teams from different states and location.

I have attached the website for the NCAA. Review their rules and it will get you started. I cannot help with a feasibility study but when you organize the committee you will spend months doing it.
