Expert: Thom Brooks - 4/18/2010
QuestionHow do they choose the refs. for a NCAA football game.
AnswerShawn, hello!
They are selected by the NCAA, with recommendations from their region, conference and experiences.
The NCAA obviously looks at getting the best crew to work a game but also have to follow their guidelines of experience, quality results, making certain there would be no impropriety.
Take Care,
