College Football/Walk on Temple football
Expert: Thom Brooks - 5/9/2010
QuestionHi I am 6 foot 1 inched 290 pounds. I have played four years of high school football and was the captain of my team. I played DT. I'm attending Temple next fall and was wondering what my chances are of making the team if I decided to try out.
AnswerSimon, hello!
You need to try out! You have the size and experience. As Captain of your high team, you have the Leadership. If you have the minimum grades the NCAA requires, you will be an outstanding student athlete. You would always regret NOT trying out. So, get busy!!
Take Care,
