What defines a "planned loose ball"? What exactly is it?

A Planned Loose Ball Play, a trick play (usually near the snapper) is a play where the QB places the ball on the ground behind the snapper or a lineman, then another player runs and picks up the loose ball and runs.  The fumblerooski" a.k.a "planned loose ball" is run as follows: QB A10 takes the snap and places the ball on the ground after which guard A63, who has legally turned and faced his own goal line, scoops it up and advances- this is an example of a planned loose ball play.
