Question
Who will I contact to file a complaint regarding the denial of eligibility, when are required steps were taken. Is there any one direct contact?

Answer
Generally all issues of eligibility go to the compliance office at the college.  They will assist with eligibility issues.  If you are filing an appeal they they can assist, if you are filing a complaint then may guide you as to whether a complaint is truly warranted.  Otherwise you must contact the NCAA eligibility office.  The NCAA national office does not handle initial-eligibility certifications, but if this is an on going matter.  Kristina Klukowski of the NCAA is the Associate Director of the Eligibility Center, you might want to make written correspondence to her.  But I strongly urge you to go through your school's compliance officer.
