Question
My brother, John Weaver who played for Navy, played in the game that year.  He was injured, I think in the second quarter.  Is there any way I could find the roster and maybe an in depth coverage of the game?

Thanks
Bob Weaver

Answer
Bob, hello!

I have found several sites that you can archive.

You can go to the Naval Academy's website and if they do not offer the game results, you can write them for where it is stored.

You can go to places like:

NCAAfootball.com
DI-A Football.com or to football.com
StatsDepot.com
College Football Data Warehouse

You can also Goggle the year 1955.

If you can locate them, you need to talk to anyone who played on that team or was in the family or at the college during those times.

Let me know when you find the answer. I will resaarch it this week.

Take care,
