Question
My name is Casey and I am a Sophomore that starts at a 5-A school that is on their way to our third District Championship Title. I am 6 foot and 230 lbs and I play OL I'm a great run blocker, but my pass protection needs some work. The only thing I have wanted to do since I was little was play college ball. I was wondering is it too early to get my name out their and where and how should I do that?

(I am supposed to be around 6'2 or 6'3 because I am only 15.)

Answer
Casey, you are coming along the Growth pipeline just fine. You need to advertise yourself through your Coaches and the scouts that have an interest will be in touch with you.  You are going to be getting stronger, faster, and wiser.

You need to determine your college and studies of choice.  The football may lead you to an NFL career or happy college memories, but it is not to late to start a Plan of Action.

You can always send a letter to your preferred colleges to let them know that you have an interest.  They will review your stats and keep you posted, as per the Guidelines allowed by the NCAA.

Do not sign or obligate to anything until you have proper counsel as to your best interests.
