Question
A Team attempts a field goal. The ball hits the Cross Bar and goes through. Is it good or no good?
Does the answer hold up at all levels? (high school - College?)

Thank you for your question.
I apologize for the delay in my response, I did not notice I had a new question asked by you.  The scrimmage kick/Field Goal play you describe will result in points for the kicking team under both the NCAA & Federation rules. If the ball hits the cross bar and goes through it will be considered a good field goal and not a dead ball that strikes something out of bounds. It results in a 3 point FG or a 1 point FG-Try.
