Question
Hello, I am a going into my senior year of high school.  I love the game of football and played for about seven years before i moved to a school that did not have football.  I am about 6 feet 4 inches and i weigh about 200 pounds.  I have been working out and continuing to get bigger and faster.  I used to play linebacker and tight end so i know the positions.  I want to walk on to a division 1 or AA football school.  I will be attending football camps this summer to try to get back in the swing of things.  I love the game and would do anything to play again.  What are the chances of me making a college team.

Answer
Michael, hello!  Your chances are excellent.  Having the height and experience for either of those positions, along with going to the camps and faithful workouts, will get your dream to the Reality stage.  You need to get films and stats to the colleges where you seek to play.  They will advise their dates for tryouts or will have someone contact you to set up a meeting.  Do not procrastinate.  You may have to keep following up to see that they have an interest.

Have a great career!
