Question
College football helmets always look brand new.  Are they painted after each game?

Debbie, hello!  Different schools have different standards.  Most of their equipment hanlders keep them clean and painted, but some are in bad shape.  The NCAA has minimum requirements for the uniforms, including the helmets.
