whats illegal touching in football

I will explain it in depth in a day.  I am inindated with questions regarding the Orego vs. Oklahoma and the LSU vs. Auburn games.  I am spending alot of time reviewing the films and contacting those in the know.

Briefly  Illegal touching is a violation not a foul on kick plays (no yardage penalty)and a loss of down penalty when a player on the passing team touches the ball before he is eligible to touch it (i.e. he has rune OB then comes back in and touches the ball or on a punt a member ofthe kicking team is the first to touch it.)  Rules 6-1-3, 6-3-2, 7-3-4
