played college football as a freshman, redshirted all the way through spring, had an accident that summer and decided not to play.  finished school an a non student athlete.

now 26, considering graduate school and wondering if i have elegibility to play?

Answer
Timmy, hello!

You need to contact the Coaching staff and they will confirm through the NCAA what your records show.  It sounds as if you have at least 3 years of eligibility, but they will make that official decision.

Take care and I hope you can play again !!
