Good Morning!

I do not know the exact person, but Brad Johnson was the starting QB at Florida State.  Born in 1968 and drafted into the NFL in 1992, he was around 23-24 as a starting Quarterback.  Others in Division II, or Div-III have been 40 but they were not starters.
