Question
I graduated in 2006 and due to not being recruited decided that the game was not for me any longer. I have been away now for a while and relized that I am not done, I feel I still have some football left in me. I played middle linebacker in H.S. but would like to transfer over to runing back... I need help finding the right program to get me back into the right condition as well as the right program to try to get involved with. Could you help me please? I have no problem going to a smaller school, I would like to stay in Texas, mostly central, or eastern.
Thanks for your time.

Answer
Bryan, hello!

You are still in the Prime Time so make contact with the colleges of your choice.  Email and call until you talk to the Athletic Department.  They will tell you the tryout dates and their Coaches or current players, if you can meet them, will share their workout schedules.  They will have their conditioning program that depends on you playing RB or LB.

If you do not have experience at RB, you will be against the odds since others with experience will dominate you.  If the Coaches know that you can play both positions, they will give you a long look!

Have a great day!
