Answer
John, hello!

You are at the stage where you will be growing a bunch over the next 3-5 years.  You need to contact the colleges where you may have interest.  They will tell you their average capacity per age and per size.

You need to be careful not to push too much.  Your bones are forming around the muscle and you can impair your health with too much too soon.  Your natural strength will lead you to the goal of playing college football or beyond.

The OL and DL will depend on what kind of Offense or Defense you will be asked to play.  Some colleges want small and quick.  Some require large and quick, but end up with large and slow!  So, keep working!
