Question
My little girl had her first litter of puppies this morning. The first two puppies came out fine and she did everything a mother should do, then there was a big gap between the next puppy (around an hour and a half), The next two puppies came out still born and the mother didnt want much to do with them at all, The next puppy came out and she didnt hardly notice that it was even there, so I removed the placenta and she began to clean the puppy, I was just wondering if anyone knows why she didnt want to help the other two and if they just didnt have enough oxygen because she didnt clean away the placenta?...the other 3 are beautiful by the way they look very healthy:) your help would be MUCH appreciated...
