Question
hi, my collie sheba loves to jump over things but my other collie stormy will not is there any way i can him to jump like her?

Hello Shelby,
The key to teaching any animal to perform is to make the training fun and reward good behavior with praise.  I would start with a log or something natural and lowset to the ground.  Then try to make it so that is the path that must be taken either by having  stormy on a lead and follow you over the log or by barriers formed to the sides and spotting him like you see gymnastic trainers closely watching the gymnast. another way having a dog that enjoys jumping is to really praise the one that jumps and encourage the other to follow.  Here is a website that should be helpful with your training.  http://www.dogpatch.org/agility/faqs/index.cfm
