Question
In 1994 I married Maria Isabell Caudivid Restrepo of Cali. I was sincere she was not, after a month she left me to be with her cousin in Atlanta. She ended up back in Colombia and divorced me around 1996 through an attorney in Bogota I beleive. How would I get a copy of the divorce decree?

You have to know what city exactly she was granted a divorce, and in which Notary it is registered. Did you sign the divorce papers?
