I am an Australian travelling in South America.  I bought a car in Costa Rica and shipped it to Colombia from Panama.  I am now wanting to sell my car and return to Australia.  Can I sell it in Colombia.  What taxes are applicable?

Are you a diplomat? If not, how did you bring the car in? Was it used?
I ask because you cannot bring a car into Colombia unless it is new and has 0 kilometers.
Did you nationalize the vehicle?
