Question
I travel frequently to colombia for business. to open a bank account, get property, etc, I am told I need a cedula. how does a non-colombian citizen get a cedula document???
Hi Alan,
You have to obtain a visa that would allow you to permanently stay in Colombia. Visas that would allow you to get a cedula: Investor, Retired and spousal visas.
