Do you know if there is any way to renew a Colombian passport in the U.S. without traveling to one of the consulates?  My wife's passport expired, and we live in Colorado

Hello James,
Unfortunately there isn't, you have to do it in person. You need her expired passport, her cedula and 3 color pics, white background measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm and $102 dollars.
