Question
I would like to know how to check background of someone in cucuta. The things specifically I wish to see are previous marriages or current marriage status. How can I find these records
You need to know her cedula number and go to notaries (there are at least 15 in Cucuta) to request marriage certificates to see if there is one ore various. You have to do this in person.
