Question
Hi
I am from Iran and and my wife is from Colombia and we got married here in Iran
I wanted to know when I go to Colombia how is it going to be the registering of our marriage there and am I going to have daul nationalities and Colombian passport?
Thanks alot

Answer
You will need to have your marriage certificate apostilled (this is if Iran is part of the Hague convention) in your country so it can be legalized here in Colombia. You will have to file for a spouse visa in Colombia so you can obtain residency and later citizenship if you want. If you need help with any of the process, we will be happy to help. Please email me directly at info@colombianpossibilities.com if you need further help.
Thanks
