Question
My Colombian parents are deceased.  We are in the process of the "Sucesion" and I being an American citizen am being asked for a Registro Civil to show Colombian blood ties.  What do I need and where can I get this done in the US?  I live in the NE part of the country?  Thanks for any help and/or guidance.

Answer
Hi Adriana,
What they are asking for is your parents birth certificates, you will need yours as well. You will need your documents apostilled. We can help you obtain any documents here in Colombia and also in the U.S.
You can reach me at info@colombianpossibilities.com or call me at 703-652-3850
Thanks
