how can i get my husband  the death certificate  he died in Bogota i live in new York how can i get it

If you have someone in the city he died they can request it for you.
They need to first go to the health department and search his cedula number, they will tell you there which notary has the certificate and you go there and request it, it usually takes a couple of days for them to get it.
