I my name is Ricardo my moms need to travel to colombia but her passport expired. We been told that we need to go to the colombian consulate in miami. What is the cost, can they have it done in the same day and what days are they open? thank you

Cost is $117 dollars. Miami consulate gives out 90 numbers to service in any given day. They usually renovate on the same day. They are open Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 2PM, they do not take appointments. She needs to take:
1. Her old passport
2. her cedula
3. Two photocopies of her cedula, front and back.
4. Photographs, color, white background, measuring 3.5cm X 4.5cm (1.5 X 2 inches), you can find places where to have them done around the consulate.
5. $117 dollars in a money order.
