I am looking for hotels in the area of Ipiales and Chachagui and Laguna de la Cocha. I would be grateful if you could answer me this one ASAP.

Dear George,
I cant give you specific suggestions for accomodation in that beautiful area. I can suggest you to check Lonely Planet's for Colombia or the local Yellow Pages in Pasto or Ipiales. They should have a green paper section with a list of hotels.
