Hi,my dad had sent me a copy of my birth certificate and it's a copy of my birth certificate. My copy looks really fake.Is there a website directly in Cali, Colombia.  I'm trying to get a passport for future travel to Colombia.

There isn't a website for the national registry, at least not one that will allow you to search or order a birth ecrtificate. If you want, you may email me a copy of the doc your dad sent you, and I will be happy to tell you its validity.
