I was born and raised in Colombia, but I'm an American citizen as well. My boyfriend(who is a native American)and I are planning on going to Colombia to live there and open up our business. I was wondering if he needs a permanent visa to live in Colombia.

He does, he will be granted a tourist visa at his first entry into the country, there he can apply for a permanent companion visa through you.
