Question
My wife has a Russian passport and a US green card. Can we just go to the Columbian Consulate in Miami and get a visa same day?
Hi Shep,
Russian nationals who wish to come to Colombia as tourist visitors or temporary workers or technicians do not require a visit to enter the country. She can just enter with her Russian passport and she will receive a stamp valid for 3 months for her stay.
