Colombia/Permanent residency

Question
I would like to live and work in Colombia indefinitely so that I can be with the love of my life. a Colombian citizen. We aren't quite ready to rush into marriage just to get a visa.

I am a US citizen, and by May of this year, I will have a BS in nursing; I will be a registered nurse. I would like to live and work (as a nurse) in Colombia until my bf and I are ready to get married.

In the meantime, I need to know how to obtain a Visa, Permanant Residency, or citizenship which will allow me to live and work there while having no Colombian relatives. I checked business and work visas, but don't seem to apply to me. Please help!

Answer
Hi Allison,
You can actually obtain a Visa as a permanent companion of a Colombian national. There are several things that you need to do. Please email me directly at info@colombianpossibilities.com, I need some info and I will be able to give you some more info.
Thanks
