Question
I was born in Medellin but moved to the States at age 10.  A couple of years ago I went to Colombia and had problems because they asked for my Colombian passport but when I because a US citizen I failed to get dual citizenship so they said that if I was born in Colombia I had to have a Colombian passport, is this true?  IF so, does this mean I can't travel to Colombia till I have a Colombian Passport? How do I apply for a Colombian passport and what are the requirements?  I was told this was a new law. Thank you.
