I am a native born American citizen(USA).  plan to enter Colombia this December and Travel with my fiancee to San Andres Island in January to marry. What is involved in obtaining a resident visa for me to live  in Colombia with her? Must I travel to Bogota to obtain this?

Hi David,
After you marry you have to file for a visa with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There are a lot of documents needed in order for you to marry in Colombian territory and some of the same documents are the same for you to apply for a spousal visa.
