Colombia/investor visa

Question
I purchased an apartment, and the funds to pay  for the
apartment were duly registered with the Banco de la
Republica using Forms 4 and 11. I now want to apply for an
investor  visa. The amount invested qualifies under the new
amendment to the regulations. I think I understand the Visa
requirements. How and where in Bogota can I get the required
certification of the investment from the Banco de la
Republica? I.E. "..comunicación escrita del Departamento de
Cambios Internacionales del Banco de la República en la que
conste el registro de inversión extranjera directa a nombre
del extranjero solicitante de la visa." Thank you!

Answer
Hi Charles,
You should have in your possession that document already, it is the document that you received in the mail in response to your solicitation of the Banco de la Republica. Please send me an email at info@colombianpossibilities.com, I can send you a copy of one so you can know what to look for.
Thanks
Marta
