Im Indian how safe I will be in Bagota, I m coming there for 6 months. I m told like Bagota is centre of drug deals and not so much safe for foreigners. How safe it is for me to go out alone in the street and in market and to gym. should I carry my credit card with me or I do not carry credit card with me

It is considerably safe if you are a smart traveler. You have to know where to live and where to hang out at. If you like please write me directly at info@colombianpossibilities, you can tell me where you will be staying and I can tell you the surrounding areas. Bogota is dangerous in the south parts and of course if you are caught with too many drinks in your head in a dark alley, in Bogota or in Chicago you will get in trouble.
You will be safe carrying a credit card too.
