Question
Hi,

I am travelling with my parents. we have lived in Canada for 32 years and hold canadian passports. wanted to travel to colombia are we able to enter exit Colombia with canadian passport or do we need a colombian one also. only staying for 1 week?

Thanks

Answer
Hi Ingrid,
You most likely will be able to enter Colombia with just your Canadian passport, however to exit without a Colombian passport probably not.
But if you became Canadian citizens before 1991, you will not be considered Colombian as the constitution prior t 1991 did not allow dual citizenry.
