Question
I was born in the United States, but both my parents are from Colombia. When I was little I had a Colombian passport which expired in 1988. I was wondering what I need to do to get the Colombian passport again? Please help.
Thank you

Answer
Hello Elizabeth,
Thank you for your message.
You will have to first get your Colombian cedula (government ID) in order to apply for your passport. For this you will need two original copies of your birth certificate, which need to be recently issued, no more than 3 months old.
If you need help with any part of the process, please email us info@colombianpossibilities.com
Thanks
