QUESTION: Dear Claes
Have you ever noticed it  in any patient in your carrier?
What is the most probable location of distance metastasis for right parotid low grade mucoepidermiod carcinoma ?
Please reply. Thanks.

Answer
It spreads mostly to lymph nodes in the neck. It is also rather common for it to spread to the lungs (left & right). Bone metastasies are not that common here.
