Question
if this is in all these areas what life expectancy does my brother have.  He has already had a 6 valve bypass and continues with heart trouble.  I'd like an honest answer to I can decide what I'd like him to know now not later.  Or maybe too late?

I'm not sure I have completely understood your question. If he is known to have a certain colon cancer & also that this cancer is known to have spread to his liver and that he also has a pancreatic condition apart from his heart problems his condition is indeed serious with a certain fatal outcome. How long that is going to take is however more difficult to estimate. Weeks to months seems reasonable but it could be shorter as well as longer. People in this condition are usually well aware themselves of its seriousness but may not be willing to talk about it.
