Question
What is currently the most effective chemo agent (regardless of how slim a margin of effectiveness it may have) against colon cancer metastases in the liver? If we could negate all, or at least the most severe, of this said agent's side-effects, what concentration would be adviseable?

Answer
There are now so many studies being done that it is impossible for a single person to keep ahead of what is the current best agent or combination. I therefore strongly suggest that you direct this question to the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda Maryland. Any search engine will find their home page from which you can ask.
