he said i have scar tissue from previous surgery-
hysterectomy, or ovary removal at time of aortic bi-fem bypass. i have lots of polyps he sent off 2 and told me to try again in a year that i have the good kind. are these polyps dangerous? do i just live with them and the scar tissue pain. i find if i don't eat much it helps i try to jusy drink a high protein drink with low carbs several times a day. i've spent a lot of money with no relief. thanks for your input in advance

Answer
I have to point out the fact that I'm an oncologist and radiotherapist, not a surgeon. Most of your question is better directed to a surgeon. All colon polyps are at least potentially dangerous. However, with SMALL polyps the risk is also small. Polyps that have been removed and checked to be OK are not dangerous. I suggest that the rest of your question is directed to a surgeon.
