Bowl Resection = Big Problems = Solved
Had a colonoscopy
Found some growths and they were removed,
Had another colonoscopy a few years later, and as growths were on the valve between upper and lower bowel that could not be taken off, had a bowel resection.
Always had a problem with occasional hemorrhoids and bleeding piles, but after surgery they were much worse
Symptoms were reduced some over time, but not that much
Bowels movement were very hard at the start, then softer and softer, with irritation and bleeding
After ten months or so of problems, and after reading about problems on the web with chemicals additives and lower bowel problems, I cut out Splenda with very good results
During this time, one of our daughters had lost significant weight after going on a vegi type diet, and said that is was great for both weight and digestion
I tried stopping using milk with lactose, and then went to no lactose no fat milk with good results
THEN I took, as I call it, the No Animal Fats plunge:
no milk w. lactose or fat, no meat or fish, no cheese or eggs
just marinara on potatoes or pasta, beans - vegi chili – tomatoes with frozen peas, vegi's – salsa – Kim Chee - no fat dressings, celery, carrots, and the like
SUPER RESULTS
Results were a colon with NO problems, regular and formed to soft bms
No bleeding no irritation
And I lost 15 pounds over a month or so
….......
I will continue the NAF diet regardless of weight loss due to colon improvement
On occasion I will go off the wagon and have pizza or meat or fish of some kind, like Turkey this Thanks giving
….......
The bottom line is that if you are having bowel problems, and particularly so, after a bowel resection, try the NAF for a week or so.
Next time you are wiping up blood from you burning and painful rectum, think about doing something very simple and natural about that
And good luck to you.
