QUESTION: what do maen short

Answer
Since from your description his cancer 1. was very poorly -lowly - differentiated, so probably very malignant, rapidly growing and aggressive, 2. it was already widely spread to several lymph nodes and to many sites in his mesentery and 3. it is a neuroendocrinological cancer where surgery is the primary treatment but with his cancer so widely spread a surgical solution alone is more or less impossible while this cancer by experience is not very sensitive to chemo therapy or radiation therapy. So those options or unavailable too more or less. His prognosis is therefore dubious at best and probably bad unfortunately. I'm sorry I have nothing better to tell you!
