Shouldn't have the perferation been healed by now?

Answer
Sorry this is a question for a surgeon. I'm not a surgeon but a medical oncologist & radiation therapist. I strongly suggest that you direct your question to an expert of (gastrointestinal) surgery here since it is outside my area of expertise here.
