Colon Cancer/previous question

Question
I previously asked a question which I can no longer locate. My question was on life expectancy and treatment. I have a recurrence of cancer in my colon and also a 5cm on my pelvis and 3cm on abdomen. The cancer on my colon is blocking 50%. This was found through colonoscopy 10 days ago, I have not heard back from my surgeon. The questions I have is this what you would consider terminal? Could I avoid surgery? If this is terminal which I believe it is, I would just like to avoid all treatment, I was just hoping that I could avoid any emergency treatment if I just let it run its course. I thank you so much for your previous answer which was very prompt. Thank you so much for this site, believe me it means so much to people.

Answer
I have answered this previously. My answer was that I do not think you can avoid surgery since I believe your colon situation will eventually develop into an emergency if you do.
So while your cancer is not curable because it has spread you SHOULD avoid a very unpleasant development by accepting surgery. Contact your surgeon!
