Question
My mom was diagnosed july 06 and started chemo. Now the tumors on her liver have grown and became more also she now has tumors on her abdominal wall. They are changing her chemo to oxaliplatin. The doctor said this would give her maybe 5 months. Is it even worth it then?

That Sir is not for me to answer! ONLY your mother can decide that! I hope that she has been fully informed about all facts concerning her situation before she has in any way accepted this option (informed consent)!? If not it probably is time to do so! But her drs. have probably made a realistic evaluation.
