Colorado/vacation

QuestionI am planning a vacation for myself and another girlfriend who is like a sister. I have always been interested in seeing Colorado. I was thinking of the Garden of the Gods, the Colorado Springs area. We're looking for a relaxing, spiritual vacation. I've lost my brother and a good friend this year and would like to find a place to continue the healing process. I thought the beauty of the mountains, (which I've never seen and never traveled west before,) might be awe inspiring. Where would you suggest we go since our time is short. Just a Thursday thru Sunday trip in October. Any airport, hotel, restaurant, music entertainment ideas would also be appreciated.
Thank you.
AnswerHello, I am so sorry for the delay in answering your question- I hope I am not too late. I am so sorry to hear of your losses- I am including some links of places I would recommend. I hope they help!

Lastly, here is a link to search for a restaurant- If you are looking for a great deal and a great restaurant- search here- you can buy vouchers to use at the restaurants and often dine at some of the best restaurants for around 50% off.
Since you are looking to continue your healing process, I would definately recommend that you check into one of the places with natural springs.
May God Bless you in your healing process and have a blessed trip!
