I am researching flavors and foods for a major food company. I am interested in finding out what desserts are popular in your state. This would include local favorites, traditional dishes or ingredients often used. Thanks in advance for the help.

  That's an interesting question.  It's tough to pinpoint particular ingredients, but I'd say that berries are rather popular and granola is popular as well.  Peach cobbler is popular in western Colorado, and chocolate is popular everywhere as always.  Hope this helps.
