Question
I remember seeing a b/w movie about some 2 trees that grew money in their back yard. The wife harvested and spent the money to get out of debt and remodel their house but in the fall the money turned leaf like and fell apart at the bank. I thought it was call "The Money Tree" Can you help?
There are two film that come to mind. One from the early 1990's about growing marijuana. The other one is called "Jackanory", The Money Tree, but that is geared more towards children.
Only the second is filmed in B&W however.

My husband knows slapstick. between the two of us, we know most of the funny movies and who stars/directed them. we`re particularly fond of movie bloopers, and can recite verbatim from films like caddyshack, meatballs, animal house etc. huge bill murray fans, as well as robin williams and steve martin.
